By using YTDown you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What YTDown is

YTDown is a free online tool that lets you save a YouTube video as an MP4 file or as MP3 audio by pasting its link.

3. Personal, non-commercial use

You may use YTDown for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell the service or offer it as part of another product.

4. Copyright and YouTube's terms

Many videos are protected by copyright. Only save videos that you own, that are free to use, or that you have permission to download. You are responsible for following copyright law and YouTube's terms of service.

5. Things you must not do

• Use the service to break the law or to save illegal content.
• Overload, attack or try to disrupt the service.
• Scrape the service or send requests to it with automated tools or bots.
• Try to get around the limits described in these terms.

6. Limits of the service

Video is offered in qualities up to 1080p and audio as MP3 at 320, 256, 192, 128 or 64 kbps. Only public videos can be saved. We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time, and it may sometimes be unavailable.

7. Not affiliated with YouTube or Google

YTDown is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.

8. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always work, be error-free or produce a file for every video.

9. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use YTDown, including lost data or files.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe your content is being saved through YTDown without permission, email contact@alldownloader.online with the video link and the details of your claim. We review every request and act on it quickly.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
