1. Who we are

YTDown is a free online tool for saving YouTube videos as MP4 or MP3 files. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean YTDown. If you have a question about your privacy, write to us at contact@alldownloader.online.

2. What happens to the link you paste

When you paste a link, it is sent to our server and to a processing partner only to find the download options for that video. We use it for that one request and nothing else.

We do not keep the links you paste, the files you download or any download history. You do not need an account, so we do not hold a profile about you.

3. Cookies and storage

We use Google Analytics, a service from Google, to count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (such as _ga), and Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.

You can block cookies in your browser settings or install Google's opt-out browser add-on. We still show no ads, you do not need an account, and we do not keep the links you paste or the files you download.

If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved only in your own browser (local storage). It is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

4. Hosting and delivery

Our pages are delivered by hosting and network providers. Like any website, they may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.

5. Thumbnails and files

Video thumbnails shown in the results load directly from YouTube's image servers. The files you download come straight from YouTube's video servers to your device, not through our server. These services may see your IP address when your browser loads them.

6. Emails you send us

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to any mailing list.

7. Children

YTDown is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Your rights

Because we keep no account or download history, there is usually nothing stored about you. You can still contact us at any time to ask what we hold, to ask us to delete an email you sent, or with any other privacy question.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
